Initial Engagement
Email us a summary of your title examination needs, including all relevant information. We will need to run an internal “conflict check”.

Fee Agreement
We will provide a fee agreement (in some cases, Retainer Agreement) and discuss various cost and estimated turnaround.

Green Light
Once authorized to proceed, we will begin working on your title examination or title related matter in accordance with our Agreement.
