Responsible for the coordination and implementation of company underwriting policy in all New England States.

Researched and advised General Counsel on matters pertaining to title insurance within the New England region.

Responsibilities also included assisting Agents with insurability issues arising out of title examination. drafting documentation for insurance policies and accompanying real estate transactions and adherence with best practice standards.

Associate for a law firm concentrating in all aspects of real estate law.

Responsible for the prosecution and defense of creditor rights litigation before State and Federal Courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court.
